I feel a lot better now that I’m back to calorie counting and avoiding junk food.
I also feel like a pseudo-vegetarian, since I’m basically going meatless due to the fact that I can’t cook meat. I’m hoping that in the next few days I get back into my exercise routine. I really want to drop at least 10 pounds by my birthday, which is next month. I feel like I can do it. 10 pounds in a month isn’t unreasonable, and if I lose more, well then that’s just great :)
