1. I’m back on my diet again

    I feel a lot better now that I’m back to calorie counting and avoiding junk food.

    I also feel like a pseudo-vegetarian, since I’m basically going meatless due to the fact that I can’t cook meat. I’m hoping that in the next few days I get back into my exercise routine. I really want to drop at least 10 pounds by my birthday, which is next month. I feel like I can do it. 10 pounds in a month isn’t unreasonable, and if I lose more, well then that’s just great :)

  7. Hello to all you lovelies.

    I have been EXCEPTIONALLY bad at keeping up with my diet and exercise over the past couple of weeks. I’m really hoping that after I get back to school on Monday I can start clean. I’m trying not to dwell on my food binge and to just keep moving forward. I hope all of you have had much better luck than I have.
